The graphic above is not the actual artwork but shows how the full color spectrum is spread across 240’ and how the time divisions assigned different specific colors. For instance, at half-past any hour, the yellow-green will be the predominant color; at a quarter-past, orange; at three-quarters past, acqua-blue.
The visual pattern is generated from the arrangement of overlapping colored circles which are then blurred and overlaid with the color that conforms to the actual minute of the one-hour color-time-spectrum cycle.
